Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Larissa Batista is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Please note that in the interest of security, an adult over the age of 21 must be present at the delivery address to accept the package.

Delivery Methods

Front Door:
Delivered to the first available dry area outside of your house or building (front door, porch, landing area, garage, etc.). If there is safe entry to an apartment building, and size permits, the item may be delivered inside the lobby or to your floor. Includes full insurance, however, it does not include unpacking, inspection, assembly or installation. 

White Glove:
Delivered in your home to the room of your choice. White glove delivery Includes full insurance. White glove may also include—when available—unpacking, inspection, minor assembly and removal of packaging materials. Please note that surcharges may apply for deliveries requiring use of ramps, flight of stairs or difficult-to-access locations.

White Glove Delivery may be not be available in some cities. If this is the case, your order will be delivered via Threshold delivery (past the first entrance of the home).

General observations

  • Please make sure the item will fit through any doorways, hallways, stairwells or elevators.
  • Signature may be required at delivery.
  • The carrier is not required to perform assembly of the item upon delivery.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Depending on the courier used, it may not be possible to track shipping.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@larabatista.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused, is in its original condition and is returned in its original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@larabatista.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
