Refund policy
RETURNS
Returns are very straightforward and analyzed on a case-by-case basis. We have a 7 day return policy, which means a return may be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and any customs duties and taxes that may apply. Buyer will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost, customs duties and taxes.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@larabatista.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
All orders, including custom, made to order furniture (including stock options) can be cancelled or modified one time within 14 days from date of sale to avoid cancellation and modification fees. Your order is subject to a 50% cancellation or modification fee if you wish to cancel your order after 14 days of sale has passed. Please let us know at contact@larabatista.com as soon as possible about your decision and we will do our best to achieve it.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception, and in the unlikely event that the item in your order is significantly not as described, has been damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at contact@larabatista.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not discard away any packaging material.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, products that have been modified, customized, made to order and all products with marble, engineered stone or slate may NOT be returned.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized or made to order items are at the seller's discretion. Return shipping costs are not subsidized and may be higher than the original shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
